VIP SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT
As one of our valued VIP's, you are acknowledge that you are entering into a monthly subscription service with Australian Carnivore Companion Animal Treats & Chews over either a 6 month or 12 month period. This is a monthly subscription only Discount
- All Monthly VIP Subscription's to the value of $50 or more who purchase our 6 Month Service Qualifies For 5% Discount Off The Total Product Inclusions Only *Excludes Delivery Fee If Applicable.
- All Monthly VIP Subscription's to the value of $100 or more x our 12 Month Service Qualifies For 10% Discount Off The Total Product Inclusions Only *Not the delivery fee, if applicable.
- All Monthly VIP Subscription's to the value of $200 or more x our 12 Month Service Qualifies For 20% Discount Off The Total Product Inclusions Only *Not the delivery fee, if applicable.
VIP Subscription Rules
You will select your preferred treat pack and delivery address and this can only be changed once during the subscription period with no penalty but this change must be in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org and 14 days before your next delivery is due.
If you purchase a product from us, we may request certain Personally Identifiable Information from you. You may be required to provide contact information (such as name, Email, and postal address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
You give full permission to Australian Carnivore to keep a secure copy of your credit card on file in order for us to automatically process your agreed payment amount each month. will be given the opportunity to pay automatically by credit card that will be securely stored on our payment system and billed on ---- each month
You can cancel your subscription before the end of its term, but you will be liable for the amount of discount you will have received plus a full month’s charge without receiving the treats for that month. Cancellation must be in writing to email@example.com with the reason for cancellation stated in the email. If you wish to not renew your subscription you must notify us one month prior to the completion of your subscription.
We reserve the right to increase the prices of our products at any time during the subscription period, if any unforeseen circumstances we incur any significant product cost increases, but we will give you at least one month’s advance notice of such a change.
Refund & Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 7 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. This refund policy does not apply to treats that have been opened, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Australian Carnivore will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
